when cooker goes on strike....

"Cooker" aka me is on strike indefinitely coz it's actually pretty tiring. My initial plan was to have dinner with small cow or just go home makan instant noodles and call it a night. Coz I really need to catch up on my sleep.

The out of ordinary event started during lunch when Mr Married called to inform he is around the neighbourhood and wanna buy me lunch. It's out of ordinary coz I've been eating in for so long, I dun really go out for lunch anymore :D

Next, Zia (a long time blogger friend... we go waaaaaayyy back in 2002 :D) ding dong ding dong (whatsapp) me to let me know she is in town and hope to meet and catch up. We were reminiscing the crazy times we had during her last visit (abt 7yrs back) and how she misses my jeruk mangga. So I told her I need to scout around for mango trees to steal some mangoes to do it for her (afterall, stolen fruits always taste better ma :D) we were joking and laughing like siao charboh. And made plans to meet up later last night to yumchar.

Then the next even happened just before I clocked out. Lady boss called to tell me that she was stuck in a jam and Sandy the Dog needs to clear her bladder soon if not she will have accident in the office. After getting detailed instructions from her, I realized I have no confident in executing the task well coz Sandy is really old and she can't cross the road properly anymore and I have to carry her across the main road to the housing area for her to do her business. Me? Carry dog? Cannot la. Play can la. Scratch can la. Belly rub can la. Carry, no la. So I enlisted MyColleagueIsSoOneKind to help and my task were to coax Sandy to pee like "Sandy... Jui jui lor... Shhhhhh.... Shhhhh.... Sandy.... Jui jui.... Shhhh.... Shhhhh" :p Anyways, the task was completed not long later coz Sandy really really needed to go. :D

On the way back to the office, we passed by a fruits shop and saw a lot of green mangoes. Bought some only I stupidly asked if it's sour. Nope, it's not. Then decided to pop by at the supermarket on the way home to get soy sauce and lime (improvise coz if it's sour mango, no need lime). After buying all these, I jammed all the way back only remember that the minimart near my house sells unripe mangoes! So I went over and got some. Came home immediately went on the task of crushing the cili padi with a fork only to remember I have pestle and mortar thingie. So I took the pestle to pounce on the cili quickly (rushing for time coz Small Cow and Sam-"I am not a LaLa"-son was on the way over to fetch me) and then.... Fucking accident happened!! The bloody cili padi juice splashed on my face and hand AND Sam-"I am not a LaLa"-son have to call me during the accident to tell me they were leaving MV alre and i was pretty rude to him over the phone plus the line was breaking up, i didnt really have the mood to be courteous :P. Fucking hell, the cili juice damn pedas lor!! I think I am disfigured alre *exegerating* So I quickly made the jeruk, put in a container and chill in the fridge. Planning to come home after dinner to collect the jeruk and meet ZiaHoay later :) Quickly went to take a quick shower to get rid of the cili sting.

Small cow and Sam came not long later. As usual, I am a fickle minded person. Suggested another location for dinner and we went to Kepong for Ka Ka BKT. Seriously very good!! :D towards the end of the dinner, Small Cow's friend came over to exchange car with her coz she wanted to modify more stuffs on her car. Immediately after we enter his car, we felt damn LaLa-fied wei! LOL!! Samson kept on muttering that he is not a LaLa. and he was lamenting how stressed he was sitting in the car coz he didnt know how to explain to ppl how un-lala he actually is. we went to pump petrol on that lala car and Sam asked Small Cow to tell the attendant that the car is not ours, we are not lala :P ya, he is pretty "fai" =.=" but funny. but i wont wanna hang out with him too often la... later i vomit blood :p And the music in the car also damn lala lor!! We laughed all the way back to his condo and before he left the car, I shouted "Bye! LaLa Chew!!" LOL. He was really embarrassed!! Hehehhehehe.

On the way back, small cow offer to bring me home to collect the jeruk mang to bring to MV to meet Zia coz i was really really tired by then. and that lala viva is really really stable lor! she drove at 140kmh and i didnt feel a thing!!! :D

Met Zia briefly and she reminded me of the crazy stuffs that i dragged her to do the last time she was here :P i brought her to go Ghost hunting with Ifer and we scare ourselves shitless when we saw something flew pass and we really thought it was a ghost but see see, it's just a bat =.=" and how we tried to go up the hill in murphy and murphy dont have much power and i say "Ok! everyone lean forward and lift your butts!" - coz my illogical mind really think that will help murphy to move forward :P after hugging and laughing for awhile, i told her i better get going as small cow was waiting in the car for me and i was really really really tired. i hope to see her again soon la :D I told her to lemme know way way in advance the next time she plan to fly over here coz i will need to scout around for mango trees to steal mangoes :D our plan is, she climb the tree coz as she phrase it: "I am still very tall! i can help to climb and steal mangoes!" and i will be shaking the tree trunks to shake the fruits down :P

Back in the car, i was replaying what Zia reminded me to Small Cow and i realized that i am really really really crazy and sampat when i have the right kaki to sampat with. when i am alone, i am a boring person. no doubt i have a lot of crazy ideas, but to find the "victims" to do crazy stunts with is damn hard lor :D

i really missed those good old days when i was younger and crazier. i also miss ifer coz she is one person who will always indulge in my crazy stints :D every time we suggest a crazy stint, we will definitely act on it. most of the time halfway thru the stint, we will be asking ourselves, "What the fuck are we doing here???" :p

Alas, things always happens for a reason. Am moving on :D

After sending the jeruk mang to Zia, we went back, smoked a bit and talked more and look at the lala car even more.... u wanna knw how wrong is the car? it's own by a straight guy, but it's full of Hello Kitty stickers!!! =.="" and a lot of bling blings and blink blinks! As Sam said, Christmas has come early! LOL!

When we were in the car, i felt the urge / compelled to do something unlalafying just to prove that i m not a lala as well. lol. i know how sam feel. and i am very sure small cow feels the same but she has no choice. lol.

when i went up the apt, i looked at the kitchen sink and i couldnt take it and washed up the stuffs that i didnt manage to wash after i did the jeruk mang. bathe. and when my head hit the pillow, i slept immediately. that was how tired i was.

i guess there is no point to plan to sleep early coz it never happens!! :P

I know it's normal to be addicted to coffee. but it's not normal for me coz i was never a coffee addict and i was always reprimanding my mom to stop drinking kopi o kao kao..... see la... now retribution already! i pulak jadi an addict!!! =.="

i blame it on my new job. due to the location of my current company is at a jam packed area, i need to wake up much much much earlier. it's ridiculous! a normal jam free drive from home to this area is only 15mins, but it takes me about 1hour everyday!

So, ya, i needed to wake up much earlier and without coffee, i will be stoning in front of this notebook, unable to focus.

i've already got a daily routine work out. come into office, turn on the notebook, go into the pantry to get harassed by the old lady*, make a cuppa coffee and a big cup of green tea, have breakfast and then come back to my room (yes, i have my own room :D).

anyways, i m panicking now.... coz i m left with my final 9 packets of kluang coffee!!! *gasp* how am i gonna survive???? how?????????

ok ok, turn of the drama mode :D am planning to go back Kluang next weekend :D looking forward to gorging myself with all the yummilicious kluang food!!! :D weee!!!

i have problem with communicating out what i think verbally. words always fail me. serious one... that's the reason why i always create new words :D

the best example was sometime last week or something, i was driving small cow and i to look for Finger at 5cm's old house near Faber Castell. As i was driving, i forgotten which traffic light to turn right to. And this is the conversation:

Small Cow: (thinking that i was asking how to go to the karaoke) go straight all the way to the end and turn right la... as if you dont know??

Love this catchy cute song. But it's so unrealistic. I bet this song is written by a guy (lazy to do research, assuming it IS written by a guy)! I mean like harlow?? In real life hor, when this thing happened, the 1st thing a normal female will say when she sees her guy at the restaurant will be: "WTF are you doing here?" and then look around sheepishly hoping that her secret escape lover will not show up. No such thing as laughed together lor.... that's just a fairy tale.

Nevertheless, it's still a catchy cute song that reminds me of my monthly trip to Singapore with my dad, grandparents and brother when i was much much much younger coz this song was always playing on the 'adult' radio station (90.5FM) :D

another source of worry is the acid attack. will be working in Bangsar and Bangsar is one of the place of attack. tiu. parking is also another issue.

but all these are minor concern. really. nothing beats getting outta this hell hole :D

after successfully poked my eyes, we continue to make up make up... actually to me, the thrill of going out to play is actually playing make up make up :D

left her place at around 8.30 and by the time we sampai OT, it was the last call for the buy 1 free 1/2 promo. due to the fact that i've not finish my course of the antibiotics, we decided to order some snacks to lace my stomach. the food is ok ok la.... nothing to shout about, can fill tummy nia :D

Due to the fact that i need to work today, at around 1am i told them i wanna balik alre (party pooper, i know :P) everything was ok, until my drive home, i started to feel dizzy, vision sort of blurring... i think it's caused by the contact lens. luckily it's a short drive back la. minger helped me take out the lens when we sampai her place. she says my finger nails are too long, cannot take out =.=" i m so macam invalid, right? :D after she take out the lens and i wear back my glasses, migraine happened =.="

massive migraine. and i didnt have ponstan on hand =.=" drank water like 10000 yrs never drink water before (my migraines are usually caused by dehydration) and tried to sleep. thank goodness can sleep :D

woke up this morning without any migraine and feeling unreasonably happy. i dont know why. usually when i m lack of sleep, i get cranky and what not. but i just feel damn happy :D

it reminds me of the time when Kenny and i 1st started to pat tor. Sit in the bus on the way to work also can keep on smiling to myself :D and i remembered my ex-colleague asked me why was i so happy and i just told her: life is so beautiful! the world is soooo beautiful!!! :D :D

and we both burst out in laughter. i m feeling this happy now. but not because of love nor relationships (i m after all, quite the failure in this department). i just dont know why i m happy :D it's a weird weird feeling :D actually, if i m harping on love or relationship, i think i will get majorly depressed la. :D

oh oh, whilst getting ready last nite at minger's place, my ex colleague, Mr CEO wannabe, called to confirm the gathering date and venue :D i guess we are all looking forward to this gathering coz we seriously had a great time in ITT last time :D it's honestly the best job ever in my life :D the working environment is superb, the staff benefits is great, the colleagues are all fun and the job is really really interesting :D too bad la... we all kena retrenched :(

anyway, *light bulb moment* i think i will work on Mr CEO wannabe :P Tanya is soooooo gonna kill me :P

i've been wanting to color my hair for the longest time. but i didnt believe in the DIY ones coz my hair is too thick and dark and always cannot kena color one =.="

i've seen Kao's Liese Hair Color a couple of times before and i think someone blogged about it long long time ago... and i was still a little skeptical. i was thinking, why waste RM38 for a bottle of disappointment? so i didnt bother to buy it.

then about 1 week before cny, i, again, dengan rakus-nya wanted to color my hair. but i was too damn kiam siap to go to a proper hair salon. and then i remember redbabe blogged about Color'N'Go at e@Curve. that's another disaster story la... went too early and it's not open and i was lurking around the shop and read the pamphlet only to realized not ngam me. lazy to elaborate. just take it as it is, ok? :D

then 2 days ago, mich talk about coloring her hair on fb. and i was thinking, eh? watever happened to my plans of coloring my hair la?

so yesterday, during our emailing sessions, i was lamenting to minger i wanna color my hair and i dont even mind trying that Liese thingie... since the method is slightly different from the other brands, maybe it will work? :D so i went to their website and did more research and i actually narrowed down to Cassis Berry or Glossy Brown
Mana tau, when Minger and i check out the range, we realized Sweet Pink is much nice! And so we bought it. I was being kiasu, told her i wanted to buy 2 since my hair is so thick.... :D ya... you must be thinking, am i nuts?? pink color hair??? lol! but no wor... come out not pink... i like!!

So dengan rakus-nya, i went home and shampoo my hair, blow dry my hair (yes, mich! i actually blow dry my hair!! o.O) and read the instructions carefully. then i kiasuly mixed both bottles at once (bad move)... i apply apply apply.... one bottle havent finish my hair already dont have anymore space to apply the rest! :P but i didnt wanna waste the 2nd bottle la... so i just main add only.... at the end, i used 1.5 bottles :D

The end result? i am sooooooo loving it! :D should have done it long ago!!! :D

Whilst waiting for my hair to dry, i played with another new toy :D gel eyeliner :D omg.... why didnt i discover this long time ago??? it's so damn easy to apply! and fun too! so i ended up playing make up make up.... and then by the time i finish playing, i realized how silly i was! :P it was already 1am... wear make up for wat la???

so i mm kam buan. wash it off and decided that i am gonna wear make up to work today! woke up at 7.30 this morning just to play some more :D

and i wanna go play tonite! :D told minger i wanna go play* tonite. asked a few ppl but either they have plans or not confirmed. The reason why i wanna go play, ok, drink, tonite is coz tomorrow onwards i will be super angry and uptight over Finger's absent. so i figure, i might as well enjoy myself tonite!! :D

Minger wants to go Sunway Giza tonite. :D We will be there la :D

i m bursting with glee now and yet i am feeling a tad guilty for the source of gleefulness. i need my bitching buddies!!! :D

i miss ifer a lot. i've been thinking about her lately. even sent her a message via facebook. but i m very sure she will not reply at all. it was raining heavily yesterday and my mind was brought back to the college days. how silly we were playing under the rain trying to get sick coz we didnt study for our calculus test the next day and we knew we were doomed :P so we came up with a silly idea. let's get sick. let's play under the rain! so she changed into her bikini and i wore my nightie and we sat at the carpark and talk and laughed at our silliness :D. we even walked the whole apartment area with ppl whistling at us or looking at us weirdly :D then she needed to get cigarettes and we walked to the nearby 24hr shop to buy. we knew the uncle well and on the way there, we were giggling and wondering wat's the uncle's reaction gonna be. but he was very cool about it. as if like it's normal for 2 crazy girls to be soaked wet in nighties and bikini walking into his shop at 4am in the morning getting cigarettes :D :D :D :D then there's another time where minger and ifer suddenly wish to eat American moist chocolate cake from Baker's Cottage - at 8am in the morning. We were hanging out the whole night at our balcony talking nonsense and drinking beer and singing songs (yes, we were really a nuisance then) until 7am so that we can have our favourite wantan mee :D after breakfast, they needed desserts and Baker's Cottage was opened already. And somehow, in our crazy mindset, in order to buy a cake, we needed a birthday person. So we started to think, whose bday was around the corner? and we realized Juju's bday was 2 weeks away. So we bought the cake, went home all giggly at our silliness, knocked on Juju's door and wake her and Babi up and forced Juju to blow the candles. You should see their tulan and yet cant show tulan-ness face :D after Juju blow the candles, we shoo them back to sleep so that Minger and Ifer can eat the cake :D looking back, i seriously think we have really amazing and patience housemates :D coz if anyone did that to me, i will just smash the bloody cake at their face and go back to sleep :P so yea.... i miss ifer. we really had a lot of funny childish time together. :(

i am waiting for obelix, the ex that got away, to come online :D he is the next best bitching buddy :D just called him, he is busy today. ask to me to keep it till tomorrow and we will bitch all i want :D

Rapper declines to reveal details of questioning that lasted over seven hours

CYBERJAYA: Controversial rapper Wee Meng Chee was questioned for more than seven hours at the Malaysian Communications and Multimedia Commission (MCMC) headquarters here over a video clip he posted on YouTube condemning racist remarks made by a principal at a Johor school recently.

Meng Chee, better known as Namewee, arrived at the MCMC headquarters at about 12.30pm yesterday with his manager Fred Wong and left at about 8pm after his statement was recorded.

Speaking to reporters before leaving, Meng Chee said he was contacted on Thursday and told to go to the MCMC office to give his statement over the video.

He said he was questioned by four officers from the police and the MCMC.

However, he said he could not reveal details of the questions.

“They did not give me any warning or threaten me with action; they only wanted to gather details on the video that I posted and I answered all of their questions.

“I answered truthfully because I have nothing to fear since my intention for posting the video was to voice out against racism and not because I am racist,” said Meng Chee.

Recently, Meng Chee uploaded a video titled “Nah” on YouTube criticising the alleged racist remarks uttered against students.

In Kuala Lumpur, MCA Youth chief Datuk Dr Wee Ka Siong said Meng Chee may have had good intentions when he created the video clip to criticise racism but the use of vulgar words in his performance was unacceptable.

He said it was not the Asian culture to use vulgar and obscene words and even the Chinese community could not agree with the way Meng Chee had expressed his views.

Speaking to reporters after meeting several Chinese youth organisations here yesterday, Wee said Meng Chee had to be sensitive towards the feelings of other races and should not be offensive when expressing his views.

On whether any legal action should be taken against Meng Chee, Dr Wee said that would be decided by the Attorney-General’s Cham­bers.

Erm... excuse me ah... i think Chinese are pretty vulgar leh. And i think it's pretty normal for chinese to use vulgarities leh... you go any coffee shop with chinese ah peks hanging out, you will hear them spewing vulgarities in every single sentences. you know, like if the ah peks speaks in hokkien, they will be using kaninabu chao cheebye, hor kao karn etc.... (got cantonese, hakka and teochew versions also la... but since i dont know how to speak, i also dont know how to type out coz dunno how to pronounce - but i understand la) :D anyway, what i am trying to say is, vulgarities are pretty norm - although it's frown upon on - in any societies. Come on la... the easiest way to learn a foreign language is learning the swearing words 1st what....

so hor, i think for that fella to say obscene / vulgar language is not in Asian culture is total bullshit. honestly! if it's not in our culture, how the fuck did those vulgarities emerge in our asian language?

anyway, i am also quite sick and tired of all these Namewee issue la. yes, Namewee is a bit the overboard in the video. i agree coz it does seems like he is doing it mainly to get publicity and secondly anti racism. why? coz he macam damn dramatic lor. at first i was taken in by the drama and i felt enraged that the police allegedly sent 3 cars to his house in Muar 15mins before Merdeka - as updated in his FB in english. giving us the impressions that he is getting arrested. which i think it just a publicity stunt. coz when i watched the video of his interview at TTDI police station, he admitted that he was in KL at the time when the police were at his Muar home. And then 1 hour after his dramatic update in his FB, he updated his FB page again this time in chinese admitting that he wasnt at home at that time and that he knew he is gonna get arrested.

My question will be, why did he update that in chinese the 2nd time? I mean for a banana like me, i will be led to believe that he was really getting arrested. mana tau it's all empty drama. he also not at home, how to kena arrested? I think he should have updated in both chinese and english to calm people down and not letting thousands of readers feeling like it is a dreary national day and all worked up. did he actually did it on purpose to brew more drama? to make the citizens even more disillusioned with our goverment? so yea, it has quite a number of loopholes in my opinion la. but then again, i might be damn wrong coz i am only half-heartedly researching on this. :D

it was a last minute thingie as i missed out on the contest. then yesterday @churp2 tweeted that they have 5 more pairs of tix to give away. so i mah faster kiasuly go and try my luck :D

since it's a last minute thingie, the seats we got is possible the worst in the cinema. but not that bad coz cineleisure's seats no matter how bad also still comfortable one :D

I seriously enjoyed "When in Rome" a lot. makes me sort of believe in love again. but then again, i m just way too old for love liao.... i dont know la... like part of me wish i have a prince charming sweeping off my feet and the other part of me just tell me to wake and face reality.

or maybe i just dont know how to feel contented. i mean i m afterall currently sort of in a relationship. i just dont feel any sparks leh.... he is just plain psychotic la =.="
