it's mind over matter... i m not unwell. i m not sick. my lung is not cold and wet with mucus. my lips are not swollen and cracked. my nose is not bleeding. my nose is not runny. my head is not feeling woozy and my eyes are not swollen from med overdose.

maybe if i chant this non stop, my mind can do wonders and believe that i m not sick and then i will really be not sick....
