being a CS in this company means Cleaning Shit. NOT Customer Service =.=". Again, i received a complain about something so ridiculous. Why ridiculous? Coz with their 12yrs experience in this company doing the same job day in day out, they shouldnt even have done such stupid mistake!
what happened ah? oh, nothing much, just that the booking that i gave 5cm was not actioned upon. and this is a new customer. first time using us. so we ended up not doing anything at all. when i constantly reminded 5cm to action on it. and he kept on throwing tantrum at me accusing me of treating him like a kid and that i dont trust him.
