....so, lemme talk about my job a bit. i m working in the customer service dept, dealing very closely with the operations dept & finance dept. and i was given the task as the pm for our new system. over looking everything and the key person to contact between the other depts and the system developer. so anyway, the system is almost ok, so last week, finance dept decided to call for a meeting btwn cs and ops to talk about our work flow and how we should go about doing things. the way finance talk, macam belagak liddat. so we also accept la... damn simple, basically, print out booking, attach to the brown folder, brown folder contains ALL the docs for the job, once the job is complete with ALL the docs intact, pass it to finance for billing and then, finance will return us the brown folder with the docs that they do not need to us so that ops can keep those docs for filing. how difficult can this be? apparently, it is so damn fucking difficult that the 1st day this thing implemented, they screw up so damn fucking big time. bird brains. really really bird brains they are. so what did they do? ops and cs did as requested. today, i received a few pieces of booking form sans the brown files, sans the supporting docs. when i asked them what is the booking form for, they told me for filing. so i asked where is the supporting docs and brown file? and you will love the answer....
