i've just received a call from a telco which i've applied for a job at. they invited me to meet them for an interview next Wednesday.... but after i've re-read thru the job scope, i somehow feel like i cannot do it la. i dont think i m good enuf.. :(

Responsibilities:

* Act as a Branch Lead to supervise the team for smooth and effective operations and customer service - Can i do it?
* Direct, motivate and manage staff - can i do it?
* Ensure timely submission and verifications of reports - most likely i can do this
* Perform controls and checks according to guidelines and procedures set by management - most likely i can do this
* Development of strategy and measure to balance high customer satisfaction and operation effectiveness - erm... can i do it?
* Review work processes to enhance customer experience - most likely i can do this
* Handling customers' enquiries, services request and follow-up with appropriate resolution - easy peasy
* Meet Key Performance Index (KPI) accordance to branch operation requirements - this is so subjective... must see the KPI 1st mah...

Requirements:

* Preferable a Degree in any discipline - dont have wor...
* Minimum 4 years of experience in the relevant customer service, of which 1 to 2 years in a supervisory position. A background in Telco is an added advantage - erm.... i think i have... in a way la...
* Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge of Chinese dialects is an added advantage - Engrish? ok ok la, BM? die die can still order food la, Chinese dialects? erm... vulgarities only wor...
* Result driven with good interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem solving skills - this one can fake one.....
* Proven track record of managing a team of 10 subordinates - where got?? max also 5 ppl of which 4 was my peer who are dumbs dumbs and 1 was my team leader, even more dumb dumb
* Willing to work on rotating shifts (including weekends/public holidays) - no problem, i think
* Applicants should be Malaysian citizens or hold relevant residence status - erm... last i checked, i got my malaysian ic....


and the stupid thing i gonna do is, i dont think i m going for the interview... =.=" no confident la...
